Is there a law against discussing who the president AFTER the newly elected (but not yet in office) one will be?

Jindal, Huckabee, and Romney are going to make a visit to Iowa... this week.

I don't care WHO won the election. To start discussing the NEXT Presidential race not even a week after the last election drives me totally crazy.
