Russia's dismemberment of the sovereign nation of Georgia (not to be confused with the Peach State) could, to a disinterested observer, look rather similar to the EU and US recognition of breakaway Serbian provinces as independent governments. 

And "regime change" under military force?  Been there, done that.

But the Peach State being invaded by Russia would be much more entertaining. I wouldn't mind the loss of that state...

yeah, when asked about regime change Putin smiled and said "That's an American invention."
