Excuse me, what the hell is wrong with putting out your trash the night before? When you have NO IDEA what time the trash pickup is going to show up, and it could be anytime from 7AM to 5PM, it's the only sensible way to handle the situation.
Unless, of course, you're one of those weirdos who enjoys getting up and hauling the trash can out at an obscene hour...
