Something I forgot to mention

In and amongst all the Bambi noise, I neglected to announce:

Chipmunk! 

First chipmunk sighting of spring, out at the nature center.  At least, first by us.  Also, robin seen on our walk yesterday.  He (dark head = he) looked grumpy, perhaps not satisfied with our supply of freeze-dried worms.

(This is an April-fool free zone, per rolanni.  So the chipmunk! sighting can be considered factual.)

I'm legitimately jealous, and only partly because we don't have chipmunks around here. You have chipmunks, and we have cicadas around here...nearly a month before we should be hearing them.
