We've been getting wimpy garlic in the supermarket.  I mean, I chopped up three-four cloves raw and put the results in the sauce for some cold chunk cooked chicken.  No taste.  Dunno about you, but when I put raw garlic in something, I expect it to make its presence felt.

Literally.

I have much better luck when I used to grow my own in a windowbox. Or even with the jarred kind. The stuff I see in the store lately seem kinda old and flavorless. I have found some good garlic at the coop.
