I suspect we won't need to borrow Canadian Imperialist Snow. Although NAFTA should mean it would come in duty-free. Don't know if it would pass Homeland Security, though. They've been getting sticky about those backwoods Maine border crossings.
I can't help with book distribution, I'm afraid. Just took a peek at amazon.ca in case they could help, and they mention something about 4-6 weeks for delivery???? Same for SUMMER COUNTRY, both editions, so it sounds like they don't stock any of my stuff. Ain't got no taste, nohow. I could mail you one faster than _that_.
