Saturday roadkill report

Two squashed squirrels, one gray and one red. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Or ledgers. Or something. (I warned you I was going to start counting squirrels if the roads didn't start producing better corpses...)
Still gray, still windy, but the temperature got above 60 F so I settled for a local ride. Add bladder campion and columbine to the list of roadside botany. Also, spotted a new great blue heron out at the cemetery, replacing the one I listed as roadkill last year. Yay!
My allergies are still giving me trouble. If I have to take antihistamines tomorrow, Kristen had better do the driving.
