Have spent a couple of hours on my self-paced "continuing education" study of construction contract law -- the professional liability insurers give me a 10% cut on the premium, so the hourly pay rate turns out okay.
They really ought to at least shuffle the test questions around every few years. I can cross-check answers against a corrected answer sheet from the last time I did this particular "module." Some people keep records, you know.
Wife suggests that they don't bother because the whole purpose of the exercise is to remind me of the basics, so that the grading is just a formality.
