The blizzard is coming! The blizzard is coming!

Various prophets are waxing prophetic about anywhere from 8" to over 24" of snow, depending on location, greater amounts in the mountains and lesser accumulation way Down East where the snow may mix with rain at the coast. Or not. Since this won't start for maybe another day, when three separate storms come together, the Gods still have time to render their own opinion.

Wife says that I can stop my Snow Dance now.

As long as it blows through by Friday morning so we can make the drive to Boskone in something approaching decent weather, I'm good with snow.

(Twin B, upon whom the driveway-shovelling chore has fallen ever since the Elder Son decamped for warmer climes, is less enthusiastic.)

Well, you're in the 24" plus zone for the noon forecasts, so I can understand Twin B's lack of thrill...

Alas, those selfsame various prophets seem convinced that my abode is in the "snow changing to freezing crap changing back to snow" zone, so all I know for sure is that tomorrow's commute will most mightily suck.

We seem to be in the 6" by morning then another 6" to 12" during the day.

Work to get 3" overnight then 1" to 8" during the day with sleet. Work said if it is too bad don't worry to come in.

So I'm taking 4 boxes of O&Ms home with me to sort. All of those flipping submittals too.
