You don't.

The most you might try in that regard is using negotiation to distract them while you try to maneuver into a position where you can fight back effectively or escape from them.

Genocide's on an upswing right now, in various forms, so many peoples are under attack. I just read an article about Russia kidnapping thousands of Ukrainian children. O_O Which is an act of genocide.
