jhetleyWell, the storm begins. Note in the paper this morning that we have a flood watch for storm surges downtown -- apparently the wind direction, with gusts up to 60 knots, will be perfect for driving water up the river, coinciding with high tide...
Waves 15'-20' in the marine forecast, one of those funny red flags with the black square flying. At least they didn't go with two.
Had a full stack of goldfinches on the thistle feeder, stocking up.
Wife doesn't expect a lot of traffic at the nature center today.
