Wednesday metal bird report

jhetleyThree C-17s out in the visitors' parking lot, from three different units. And I have to assume that if they needed operational security, they'd park someplace that isn't right off the end of a public road. Likewise, there's a remote and secure area for hazardous cargo.
No new flowers to report. Whole hells of the damned purple loosestrife, plus a good run of chicory/cornflower, goldenrod, Queen Anne's lace, etc etc etc.
Biked across town and over the hills and far away, comfortable temperatures and little wind. Did not die. Ride takes me over 700 miles for the year.
