Okay, maybe not _huge_ in the cosmic scheme of things, but the NCAA "Frozen Four" national ice-hockey championship commences tonight. Maine plays Wisconsin. Do you think that _any_ of the local TV stations could acquire video rights and pre-empt a few sitcoms to broadcast the game? After deluging us with obscure college basketball teams for the last few weeks?

They've been doing it all season -- 58 minutes of good hockey and 2 minutes of "who dat?" does not make a great team. One reason why I was surprised they made it as far as they did.
