Back in the saddle again

jhetleyOne day at home, in between rushing hither and thither with great squawks and a flurry of feathers. Got in a bike ride, but the humidity must be close to 100% -- gray and damp all day, made me all that much damper. I have to grab every chance to remind my legs why they exist. I'm at the age where if I give my body a coffee break, I have to retrain it.
