Air temperature 31 F, wind northwest about 10 mph, clear sky. Wet roads, temperatures drop below freezing, cars slide into each other or off the road into trees. Etc, etc, etc. You would think that by the end of February in Maine, people would have caught on to this. You would be wrong.
