jhetleySent DRAGON'S TEETH back to the Nice Editor Lady this morning, with the usual plethora of "stet" marks. No, "green-bronze" does not mean the same thing as "green bronze." And in _my_ universe, Humpty Dumpty makes that quote about words meaning whatever he intends them to mean. Not the Red Queen. However, I have heard much worse horror-stories about copy-edits.
Now I can get back to Fat Wizard and the missing FBI agent.
Temperatures today up into the 40s F, with predictions of sub-zero for the weekend. This climactic menopause bit is getting old.
And I ordered two boxes of those "remaindered" SUMMER COUNTRY trade paperbacks, 58 books. Only the march of time will tell whether that represents too many or too few.
