Air temperature 50 F, wind southeast 8 mph gusting to 16, cloudy with patchy fog. Nearest rain is about 50 miles off, according to the weather radar, and not moving in our direction. May be able to get our foraging done. Meanwhile, a squirrel has foraged our tulip flowers. Bastard.

Got back from my walk, looked out, and the road was wet. Most I'd felt was a few touches of mist. Anyway, met up with Small Black Kitty waiting for me on its front walk. Birch catkins swaying in the breeze and spreading pollen to all and sundry, pink Japanese magnolias following the white, and the ornamental cherries are starting to bloom.
