Panic on Wall Street

Air temperature 37 F, wind northwest about 8 mph, partly cloudy. Supposed to be a nice-ish day, more snow/mix/rain coming in tomorrow afternoon into Sunday. May haul the road bike over to the shop for a spring tune-up. Hope springs eternal. If spring would spring that would help with the hope bit . . .

Robin herd terrorizing the worms in the park. Wasn't able to get the binoculars before they moved on, so couldn't check on pale females joining the earlier males. And we have two crocuses blooming. Our set is later than many because of micro-climate. The hyacinths are also getting into gear.

Touching fur again

Small black kitty was out on my afternoon walk, first time I've seen them in months. He/she/it is not a winter cat. Recognized me and came over for the minimal attention they want, but kept staring across the street and switching tail. I think cat politics was in progress.
