Air temperature 41 F, wind northwest gusting to 27 mph, cloudy after overnight rain. Supposed to clear off but not get much warmer, then back into the freeze. Foraging morning, appointment afternoon.

Got out for my morning walk, instead. No cat friends. Did see quite a number of worms on the sidewalk, probably flooded out. That could be a bad career choice due to the forecast of a hard freeze tonight.
