Waiting for the sun

Air temperature 22 F, wind northwest about 5 mph, clear sky. Back to getting up in the dark. The Lord of Misrule has outstayed his time.

Our diagonal night visitor skipped a round but the tracks say it was back last night. Still thinking fox. We also have a probable cat skulker, tracks out back on a regular basis.

Seasonal choices

A fair number of people in our neighborhood have reached the "drive over it" stage of snow clearance. Does leave a lot of ice on sidewalks for my walk routes.
