Symbolic gesture

Air temperature 23 F, southwest wind 7 mph, clear sky brightening in the east. Trash out, my social obligation for the day. Although I will try to be social with any cat friends I encounter when out walking.

Elder abuse

I've mentioned an old Triumph Spitfire in a parking lot on one of my walk routes. Poor car sat through that storm and all the others with its top down. Is there an automotive equivalent to the Animal Control Officer where I can report this cruelty?
