Heat advisory

Air temperature 72 F, wind west about 6 mph, mostly cloudy with a chance of joggers. Will probably try to get out for a walk early, to remind myself that my legs have a purpose.

Persistent buggers

I am always amused to see chicory, which wants to be 3' tall, blooming underneath mower-blade height because of, well, mowers. Anyway, walk accomplished before we reached 80 F, without heat-stroke. No cat friends, which is as it should be in this weather. Not a good day to be wearing a permanent fur coat.
