Monday floral report
Jul. 1st, 2024 11:22 amCattail spikes are turning brown, flowers fertilized. Lots of hop-clover and rabbits-foot clover by the roadside, along with the rest of the regular suspects. May have seen the first tansy. Or not.
Roadkill limited to one gray squirrel.
No interesting metal birds over at the airport/base. Did have one asshole come up behind me when I was pedaling across the end of the runway, blared horn twice and yelled at me to get off his damned road.
Biked across town and back, wind gusting over 20 mph, did not die.
