Dandelion haircut

Yard crew has been and buzzed around and gone, leaving destruction in their wake. For the no-mow-May crowd, there are still dandelions showing in the yard, below blade height. Also, ground-ivy, wild strawberries, and other "weeds" in need of pollination. Our crab-apple out back and the dwarf apple out front are on the verge of blooming. And I have seen numerous bees and bumblebees that avoided getting sucked into the devastation.
