Air temperature 32 F, wind south gusting to 16 mph, clear sky with rising planet. City trucks have been around, spreading either salt or brine. No collisions at our intersection. Should be able to get a walk in.

Untrustworthy path

Just back from the morning walk. Still icy and treacherous out there, spent most of the distance in the street rather than on the sidewalks. No new damage seen. Some work going on from old damage. A couple of downed trees gone. Saw a former neighbor jogging, told her I hoped she had cleats on her shoes . . .
