Roads still wet from yesterday's rain, so there are probably patches of ice lurking in the colder valleys to nab you as you drive over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house. Misleading adage

Watching a squirrel snuffling around the front yard, and was reminded of the saying: "Even a blind squirrel can find a nut now and then." But squirrels mainly find nuts by smell . . .
