Summer approaches
Air temperature 57 F, wind near calm, hazy sky. No mention of full-scale nuclear war on the morning news, so I guess I have to go and get my teeth cleaned.

Fledgling robin in back yard, with parent showing where to find the best worms. For purposes of gender politics, I'll note that the parent seemed to be the dark-headed male. We've been pretty sure that we had a local nest.
