Rising crescent moon

Air temperature 34 F, wind south about 5 mph, ground fog over the park. Supposed to get up near 50 F this afternoon, then cloud up overnight and rain to mix tomorrow. Whee.

Two days in a row, no sighting of woodpeckers on the old elm. Maybe they've mined out that vein. Or maybe my timing was off.
