Time still out of joint

Air temperature 28 F, light west wind, partly cloudy. Errand this morning will have me sitting in the car long enough to work my way through resetting the car clock. Thank you, time change, thank you ever so much.

Minor amusements

Sitting in the car outside an office, as one does in these contagious times, and saw a mockingbird fly out of a bush and land on the railing of the entry. And look around for a bit. And fly up to the seasonal wreath on the door, land, and start picking berries out of the wreath and eating them. I would have assumed the berries were fake, but it appears not . . .
