Ice on the puddles

Air temperature 30 F, wind northwest gusting over 30 mph, clear sky. Awaiting this and that on the infrastructure front -- paving job seems to be finished. Started up the asphalt-spreader parked in the park at 0530 and have now loaded it on a low-boy and hauled it away.

Autumn winds blow cold

Just back from afternoon walk, "feels like" temperature 27 F with the wind. So much for those record highs of a few days back. Did manage a meet-up with one cat friend.
