Air temperature 66 F, wind northwest about 3 mph, mostly cloudy with scattered fog. Morning walk, afternoon errand. May hear back from the previous owners of this place about a tote full of family stuff we found tucked away in the far corner of the basement.

Chickadee vaudeville

Watching the thistle feeder outside our kitchen window while brewing my second cup of coffee, and a chickadee flew in to land upside down on one of the top perches. It flipped over in the space of a couple of inches to land right-side-up on a lower perch, grabbed a seed, and flew off. Gravity optional . . .
