Wednesday sort-of floral report

Lots of brown-eyed Susans, crown vetch, Canada thistle, milkweed, and day lilies. And damned purple loosestrife.

No fresh roadkill beyond a couple of flat gray squirrels and some suspicious blots on the asphalt.

Got out on the bike, across town and noting some dig-safe graffiti that bodes ill for future rides. No interesting metal birds at my water stop, but I did get a mockingbird serenade from the base perimeter wire. Did not die.
