Little or nothing

Air temperature 37 F, wind northwest about 10 mph, partly to mostly cloudy. Supposed to warm up a bit today, more tomorrow, with less wind. Contemplating a front lawn that is about as large as the entire lot of the old place. Do we get decadent and hire a service . . .

Shrubbery update

The actual forsythia has put out a bloom confirming that identity. One bloom only, so far. The other bush may turn out to be honeysuckle rather than privet, based on other shrubs in my walk area. Stay tuned for the next exciting episode of "As the flora turns."
