As if never there

Cellar hole at that now-vacant corner filled in, with a skid-steer bucket thing leveling the surface and compacting things. I presume a layer of loam will follow, with seed and mulch for the spring planting.

Some spring surprises

We have what look like hyacinths sprouting under the kitchen window and some day lilies a few feet along from that. This being our first pseudo-spring in this house, who knows what else may surface?
