Air temperature 0 F, wind near calm, scattered clouds. Supposed to get above freezing this afternoon before clouds move in, bringing snow and then rain. The groundhog froze to death weeks ago.

Real estate weirdness

Market continues to be bonkers. A listing just popped up that says "No access to the property. Outside view only." Boarded-up two story wood frame house, alleged to contain 3 bedrooms and 1 bath . . . looks like about the same vintage as our old place.
