Air temperature 35 F, wind NNW about 5 mph, overcast. Got a couple of inches of snow overnight, but anything more should be rain. Afternoon temperatures supposed to be in the 40s F.

Furnace guy has been out and tended our heat. No surprises from the new-to-us system, which is the precise number we had hoped to hear.
