Ongoing crisis

Air temperature 70 F, wind northwest about 5 mph, partly cloudy. Dew point 63 F, which is a trend in the right direction. Have to mow the lawn, look at a house, deal with *this* house, and sundry other confusions.

Summer survival

Mowed the weeds. Did not die. Other problems still pending . . .

Well, the toilet flush lever has been replaced. When you live in a one-bathroom home, this is a matter of grave importance.

(Toilet still worked, if you pulled the valve chain inside the tank.)
