Air temperature 68 F, wind southwest about 5 mph, cloudy with dew point also 68 F. May try to get out on the bike when the water molecules are a bit further apart.

Tuesday muggy report

Nothing new in the floral department -- tansy, goldenrod, goats-beard and trefoil in the yellows, more pale purple asters, more purple loosestrife.

Roadkill limited to one gull, probably ringbill but on a downhill run so I didn't have time for positive ID. Also some blood patches on the road in spite of last night's rain.

Got out on the bike, pushing through the humidity -- air temperature 78 F and dew point 70. Did not die. Did not even bump into the underside of the clouds at the top of my higher hills.
