May. 18th, 2021 03:35 pmDefinite red trillium, some kind of viburnum bush, wild calla, first rhodora, and chokecherry blooming. Wild honeysuckle starting to flower, lupine spikes forming but no blossoms yet.
No roadkill seen. Crossed another patch of green guck on the asphalt that probably means dead herbivore.
Wind gusting over 20 mph, temperature above 70 F, got out on the bike. Did not die.
