Drying off morning

Air temperature 36 F, wind north about 15 mph, mostly cloudy. We got some rain, which we needed. Maybe more tomorrow, with snow some areas. The weather-beans are backing off on the predicted amount of snow here.

First vulture of spring? Too far off for positive ID, but a large bird soaring and circling with wings in a vee rather than held flat.

Wild turkey in a yard of the next block. Hope none of my cat friends try to hunt *that* bird.
