Air temperature 25 F, wind west about 5 mph, partly cloudy. And in major local news, Giant Inflatable Santa vanished yesterday. Most of the rest of the Xmas decorations remain next door, but he no longer flaps limp in the breeze.
Snow flurries for my morning walk. I've walked in much worse. And a birding oddity we've noticed all winter, no flock of ring-billed gulls in the athletic fields on that route. We assume it reflects a change in human eating and garbage habits.
