Dawning still windy

Air temperature 34 F, wind southwest 12 mph gusting over 20 mph, overcast. Still a few lines of snow wandering the landscape. Don't know if any will come through here.

Every time I go for a walk, I get annoyed by dogshit on the sidewalks. This gives me a prejudiced view of unknown dog owners.

Read between the lines?

Just got an odd email from the ARRL, the US association of amateur radio operators. It said, in part, amateur radio is about responsible public service. "ARRL does not support its misuse for purposes inconsistent with these values and purposes."

I suspect someone was misusing amateur radio equipment in the recent rioting.
