Thursday roadkill report

One porcupine corpse, this side of the bog and on the other side of the road. Numerous woolly bears that didn't make it. A few blood splotches without identifying corpse.

Flowers are down to asters now, and even they are thinning out. More trees bare, while some remain green. Tamaracks in the bog going yellow.

Got out on the bike, temperature in the 60s F and wind gusting to 30 mph, did not die.
