Air temperature 58 F, light NW wind, fog and light rain. Whine of a street sweeper in the neighborhood. I approve of street sweepers.

Monday floral report

First mullein blooming, bindweed, lots of blue cornflower, Queen Anne's lace. Also, first of the be-damned purple loosestrife. Sumac flower heads turning orange.

No roadkill. Couple of mockingbirds singing on my route, KC-10 and C-17 parked at the airport.

No ride yesterday, weather decent, got out on the bike. Did not die.
