Tuesday floral report
May. 19th, 2020 03:56 pmWild mustard starting to bloom, think I saw the start of flower spikes on some lupines, bluets in lawns, and saw a patch of red trilliums at the wood-edge on one of my hills.
No roadkill. Saw a live-alive-o woodchuck a couple of houses down the block as I was heading out. Lock up your garden, neighbors.
Windy, sort of warm, got out on the bike. Across to the airport and back, almost got run over by a KC-10 as I pedaled across the end of the runway. KC-135s from Wisconsin parked in the visitor's lot, and a Luftwaffe transport, probably Airbus.
