Leafing out, unfurling, blossoms showing on the shadbush but not open yet.  Spring progresses, slowly.

Afternoon follies

Made the Great Garage Shuffle, moving the snowblower to the back and bringing out the lawn mower. Thus do I prepare for tomorrow night's forecast of snow . . .

We now have white violets blooming in the lawn, horsetail sprouts in the fern garden, and peony stalks up about a foot tall.
