Another new day

Air temperature 37 F, wind south about 2 mph, mostly cloudy. New day looks a lot like old day, including yard work waiting. Snow gone again.

Incremental progress

Cleared away last year's asparagus stalks and a couple of patches of twigs from our maple-branch cleanup. Another round should see the end of that . . . until the next storm.

Satisfactory

Scared up a probable Cooper's hawk on the next block over, it saw me before I saw it and it left carrying either a dove or a pigeon. We approve. Also got to pet and scritch KC on the way back from my walk.
