Thursday roadkill report

One dead raccoon just this side of a closed cafe in the next town up, one garter snake out past the bog. I used to see roadkill raccoons near that cafe before it closed last year -- maybe this one had vague memories of a food source.

Nothing new in the floral department, although a few white asters are now blooming on this route. Some of the loosestrife out in the bog is up over 6' tall. Guess it likes it there.

Got out on the bike, air temperature in the low 70s F and light wind. Did not die.
