Aug. 11th, 2019 01:59 pmJewel-weed blooming in the roadside ditches, fighting it out with the purple loosestrife. Wild apples green, some of the domesticated sort showing red. Hay-fields of some working farms have been mowed and baled.
One gull, probably ring-bill, as roadkill.
Windy, a few spots of rain under threatening skies, but I got out on the bike. Did not die.
