Air temperature 60 F, wind SSE about 10 mph, overcast. Weather radar shows showers out and about, none close to us. Yet.

Just went through the rigamarole to get a prescription renewed. "They" have changed it again. It's different every frigging time. Healthcare in America . . .

Thursday floral report

First wild roses out in the bog, which makes them bog roses whatever the true species may be. Yarrow starting to bloom. Most of the lilacs done, except for the ever-blooming pink stuff that smells bad.

No roadkill. Not-roadkill woodchuck standing on a stump out in the cemetery. May have heard a catbird at my water stop.

Still gray, breezy, not particularly warm. Got out on the bike and got drizzled a bit. Did not die.
